The Agilent HLD BD 30 Helium Leak Detector is a bench unit. The BR 30 is a Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector used to locate and/or measure very small leaks in enclosed systems or devices. The HLD BD30 features an easy to use touch screen interface and menu structure that quickly provides users access to its powerful leak detection capabilities. Built in application setups shorten test cycles, and setups can be saved to provide test-retest reliability.
The Varian BD 30 includes an oil-free TriScroll 620 dry scroll pump. The TriScroll 620 has a pumping speed of 15 m3/hr for rapid evacuation of test parts and systems.
