The Oerlikon Leybold Vacuum Phoenix L340i is a mobile helium leak detector as a seated workplace. It has a PHOENIX L300i leak detector unit with a two-stage, oil sealed rotary vane vacuum pump, a power supply and controller unit. The L340i was designed for leak testing of small series production parts in the vacuum or sniffer mode. It has a small footprint and is on wheels so it is a mobile workstation. It’s lowest detectable leak rate for helium is 5 x 10-¹² mbar l/s.
