A minimum detectable leak rate for helium of 1.5 · 10-8 in sniffing mode and 5 · 10-12 in vacuum mode.
The ASI 35 is flexible due to its modular design. The vacuum module can be installed in any orientation, and the control panel and electronics module are compatible with 1/2 19 inch rack format. The user interface can be optional as the unit can be controlled by PCs or PLCs. The ASI 35 can sustain very high throughput, and ensures the accuracy and reproducibility of the measurement results.
