The Agilent HLD BR 15 Helium Leak Detector is a bench unit. The BR 15 is a Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector used to locate and/or measure very small leaks in enclosed systems or devices. The HLD BR15 features an easy to use touch screen interface and menu structure that quickly provides users access to its powerful leak detection capabilities. Built in application setups shorten test cycles, and setups can be saved to provide test-retest reliability.
The Varian BR 15 has an integrated rotary vane pump, the DS-302, with a pumping speed of 15 m3/hr for rapid evacuation of test parts and systems.
