The Agilent HLD PD 03 Helium Leak Detector is a portable dry leak detection unit. The PD 03 is a Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector used to locate and/or measure very small leaks in enclosed systems or devices. The HLD PD03 features an easy to use touch screen interface and menu structure that quickly provides users access to its powerful leak detection capabilities. Built in application setups shorten test cycles, and setups can be saved to provide test-retest reliability.
The Varian PD 03 uses a oil-free scroll/diaphragm pump combo with a pumping speed of 3 m3/hr.
