The Agilent VS C15 Component Leak Detector is a compact leak detection unit. The VS C15 is a Helium Mass Spectrometer Leak Detector with fully automated tuning and calibration, a patented Auto zero feature, and a simplified interface with only two cables required, one for power and one for communications. It has a comprehensive array of interface options, including serial, discrete I/O and Profinet. An optional color touch screen display that gives access to system status information and all operating parameters. Selectable sensitivity scales and a Contra-Flow vacuum design ensures fast and accurate measurements while maximizing protection from contamination in industrial applications.
The Agilent VS C15 has a minimum detectable leak sensitivity of 5 x 10-10 mbar l/s.
