VIC MS 60 Helium Leak Detector

The Vic MS 60 Series Automated High-Sensitivity Portable Helium Leak Detector detects leaks for a broad range of applications.  It has a direct drive foreline/roughing pump, standard 7cfm and optional 10.6 cfm.  This is a high sensitivity portable leak detector with a touch-screen graphic user interface (GUI) which allows for greater system control and monitoring during system start up and operation.   The Vic MS 60GT Series displays included system status, accept/reject status, system health, setup, calibration and other diagnostics.  Auto-tuning, auto-calibration and auto-zeroing features.   It’s lowest detectable leak rate for helium is 5 x 10-¹² mbar l/s.

The Vic MS 60 Dry has an entirely oil-free built in 16cfm dual stage diaphragm/molecular drag pump and the Vic MS 60 Plus has a 10.6 cfm roughing pump.
